What does it entail?

  • A 40-day Meditation journey to support your spiritual evolution.


  • Through a tantric meditation practice you will call in your Sankalpa on our first day. Sankalpa is an aspect of yourself that you want to strengthen (examples: PATIENCE, CONFIDENCE, I TRUST MYSELF), then this "seed" is planted into your unconscious during our meditation.

  • Three live Zoom sessions: Tuesday March 19th, Sunday April 7th, and Saturday April 27th, all at 9-10:30am PT (12-1:30pm ET/ 7-8:30pm Finland time).

  • 10 pre-recorded meditations (each round offers new recordings) that help you strengthen your Sankalpa daily during our journey together.

  • Release a non-constructive habit for the duration of the journey, and use that to fuel your Sankalpa.

  • A supportive community for accountability and sharing. Your fellow Phoenix birds will be in a Signal group message (Signal is like Whats'app but safer) for the duration of the 40-day journey.

Join us on a 40-day journey during which you will discover your Sankalpa (an ancient yogic term derived from the root words “san” meaning a connection with your highest truth and “kalpa” meaning a solemn vow) learn practices to cultivate it in order to awaken a profound aspect of yourself.  A sankalpa is greater than the Western concept of a “resolution” as it is the clarifying and strengthening of an aspect of yourself that is part of your dharma or life purpose


Release of a non-constructive habit to fuel the energy of your Sankalpa. This is an incredibly powerful way to strengthen your willpower and Sankalpa Shakti. Choose a habit that you do on a regular basis and commit to not doing it for 40 days during our Sankalpa journey. I once did this with wine/ alcohol with great success! Or you can choose even a mental habit, such as a habit of being unkind to yourself. When you get the urge to engage with your habit, instead of giving in, use it as a way to remind yourself of your Sankalpa. Each time you do this, you will strengthen your Sankalpa Shakti (energy/ potential).

RECORDINGS

[All recordings will be available for you for the duration of these 40 days in our Phoenix Rising Portal on website]


You will receive 10 different meditation recordings to use on the days in between the live sessions.

Varied lengths from 2min to 20 min. Some are done laying down and some seated. Each one is unique and will be designed to strengthen your Sankalpa Shakti (energy) daily. You get to choose which one you use each day, based on your needs that day.

SIGNAL GROUP

There will be a Signal group for accountability. Each day after our initial Zoom start date (Day 1), when you have completed your meditation, you will comment in the group Day 2 done, or Day 3 done. You are also invited to share anything that might be coming up along the journey there. We are all in this together, and the community aspect will strengthen our collective Sankalpa.

I am excited to lead this forty day meditation journey that will strengthen your true essence, so that you can live in alignment with your life’s purpose. During our first session I will share the Sankalpa practice during the ritual & meditation. In this session you will be guided through a few techniques and visualizations that allow you to “plant” your Sankalpa, so that it can begin growing from there.


Sankalpa is meant to strengthen an aspect of yourself that needs strengthening in order for you to live a life in alignment with your purpose. For example if you are feeling like the statement on the left, your Sankalpa might become the statement on the right:

  • You feel unworthy = I AM INHERENTLY WORTHY

  • You are feeling disempowered = I AM EMPOWERED

  • You are feeling confused = I AM RESOURCEFUL

Or your Sankalpa might also be a more specific thing like a new career, a romantic partner, or a secure financial situation. But often strengthening an aspect of yourself is more powerful, as it is the underlying issue underneath causing the outcome in your material life. Once the root cause is healed, the rest follows. We can begin to think about the Sankalpa that we might want to use, but ultimately there is a specific “calling in” process that is part of the practice, that reveals your Sankalpa to you. Once you receive it during our practice, please do not share it with anyone.

Why is it important to have a daily meditation practice?

According to research by Dr. Fred Luskin of Stanford University, a human being can have approximately 60 000 thoughts per day and that 90% of those thoughts are repeated day after day! 80% is said to be negative. Research also shows that we make about 35 000 decisions per day (various internet sources).

Meditation builds our ability to be present and conscious of the thoughts we have, and therefore we have agency over which ones to keep and which ones we are willing to let go of. We learn to discern. That same awareness is available for you as you make your daily decisions, which either support or undermine the path that you want to go towards. This awareness builds with time, and it is a powerful tool if you are looking to transform your life. Try it for your self!

The Rising Phoenix is our guiding light; as we are WAKING UP to a deeper REMEMBERANCE of who we are. The phoenix is also synonymous with the Sun, which is central to all life and energy. Ancient legend paints a picture of a magical bird, radiant and shimmering, which lives for 500 years before it dies by bursting into flames. It is then reborn from the ashes, to start a new, long life. This is the majestic phoenix.



Once you sign up you will receive instructions for the 40 day journey, including preparation instructions! The whole journey can be done with recordings or you can participate LIVE for the opening, Midway session and closing on Zoom. We will also have a Signal group alive for the duration of the journey, for accountability, inspiration & support. Together we can do anything!

Q & A

Q: How much of a time commitment is this from me?

A: There are three live zoom meeting sessions to attend; each one will be approximately 1-1.5 hours long. You may attend these live, which is recommended, or as a recording at your own time. The 37 other days your commitment each day is depended on the length of the meditation you choose to practice each day. There are meditations from 2min-20min. Other things to consider: You will update daily in the What’s App group “Day (insert day) done” and you may want to share about your process in the group.

Q: How do I decide what my Sankalpa is? What is the “calling in” of your Sankalpa process?

A: You can begin to feel into what it could be for you, but ultimately dyring our first Zoom meeting, Aino will lead you through the process of calling in your Sankalpa and the meditation to plant that seed into your unconscious to manifest.

Q: I don’t meditate regularly, can I still do this?

A: Yes, what a way to kick start a consistent meditation practice! There are several short meditations to choose from as well if the longer ones do not resonate, and with time you might feel called to do the longer ones too.
